However, occaisonally things may go wrong. If you believe that we have not met your expectations please use the contact us link to let us know. We will always fully investigate your complaint, including, if appropraite, talking to the waiter or waiters concerned. Where we have felt it necessary to speak to the waiter we will provide you with a copy of their comments.
