  1. WildWaiters provides naked and semi-naked men for entertainment purposes only. When contracting for services you agree to not to seek any form of sexual services from any waiter and to ensure guests behave in an appropriate manner. Waiters are instructed to inform the host or hostess in the event of any inappropriate behaviour and if the inappropriate behaviour continues the waiter will leave immediately and no refunds will be given.

  1. Where you specify the certain attributes for waiters, WildWaiters will seek to fulfil those requests to the best of our ability. However, no guarantee is given that those requests will be met. You will be given the opportunity reject the waiter selected before the contract is agreed.

  1. In the event of the selected waiter not being available at the last minute WildWaiters reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to change the chosen waiter.

  1. No contract for the provision of a waiter will exist until payment is received and a confirmation note has been issued.

  1. WildWaiters will not provide services in public places, including bars and restaurants unless the venue has provided written evidence that they are in agreement to the provision of the WildWaiters service on their premises and that they are licenced for such services.

  1. In contracting for services provided by WildWaiters you confirm that, where naked waiters are requested, there will be no one under the age of eighteen years of age as at the date of the event.

  1. In the event of complaint WildWaiters will investigate the matter as fully as possible and will seek to resolve the complaint within 28 days of the complaint being made. Complaints should be made within 14 days of the event and in writing to the e-mail address given on the website. Complaints made after 14 days will be considered at the discretion of WildWaiters.

  1. In the event of a complaint justifying a refund a refund will be made using the same method by which payment was made.

  1. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance and not incur any penalty. Cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of £150. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 75% cancellation fee up to a maximum of £200, and cancellations within 8 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no maximum.

  1. No photographs or videos may be taken of WildWaiters at events without the permission of the waiter and in the event that such permission is given any photographs taken may not be used for commercial purposes. In the event that photographs are found to be used for such purposes, WildWaiters will seek to recover the proceeds of any such use from the person contracting with WildWaiters.
